Except dust the whole property was very good. The rooms are nicely done. all rooms have AC and hot water. there is a lift too and the fifth floor was like full floor with two apartments. Mr.Mahendra bhai the care taker is too good to provide tea, snacks and other useful information including auto. we found the prices on higher side but overall we had a good stay considering the whole palitana was full. also the owner allowed us to stay little late which was a great relief to us.

cozy two apartments on 5th floor with view across the city. one of them has direct shatrunjaya mountain & temples view. good decor. terrace easily accessible - with close view of Shatrunjaya. Quiet place, especially in the afternoons, a little away from the bustling town center. there is a back road which takes only 5-6 mins to reach taleti center (but only usable till sun is up). for other times better to have a transport - car or known auto rickshaw who can come and pick up and drop as required. aprtments are well equipped with usual requirements. enjoyed our stay here.

Anand was very solicitous and generous accommodating us, and giving us tips on where to eat. He also let us do a late check out so after climbing up to the temples in the morning we could get back to the house for a shower and refreshments. Another nice feature of the apartments is that is on the top floor (5th floor) and you have access to the rooftop. It was nice and peaceful to spend the sunset there. We were a group of seven people, and it suited our purpose very well.
