If you are looking for a place for yourself, family or friends. Then These are the top 5 priorities we can offer. 1. SAFETY 2. CLEANLINESS 3. COMFORT 4. PEACE OF MIND 5. LOCATION This unit welcomes our guest and their visitors like a family. We want every traveller, especially parents like me, to find a place that can give their family and kids a safer and homey environment. This place can also accomodate groups trying to stay together for a weekend or just want to have fun. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 50mbps dedicated internet, blueetooth sound system, Netflix, Youtube, 55 inch smart tv, microwave, fridge, basic necessicities you can think of and a comfortable cozy sofa, 2 beds and pillows for everyone to chill and relax. Feel free and treat the place like it’s your home but please don’t thrash it. 🙏 We love to travel as well and we understand how to feel home away from home 🏠 We have the concept of “Mi Casa, Su Casa” Our Home Is Yours :) So all the unit's amenities are available to use for our guests at all times. The condo unit is on the 7th floor corner unit in One Spatial Condo Building 1 by Futura homes that recently completed construction in 2023. It provides you a spacious 42 sqm area, where it gives you a more relaxed and comfortable feeling for the peace of mind and convenience. It also has a lovely riverside view where you can enjoy the mesmerizing sunset by the Iconic Iloilo river everyday. It can be found in the address of “R. Mapa Street in the Barangay of Tabucan in the district of Mandurriao in Iloilo City, Philippines. Our guest will have the access to the pool, fitness center, and other amenities during their stay. If you are a sunrise and sunset lover, or just like to stroll around, the splendid Iloilo Esplanade / River walk is only a few meters away.. There is a laundromat and 7/11 convenience store just outside the condo gate. The Iloilo medical hospital and Molo Plaza is also few meters away. Unfortunately, there is no complimentary parking available for our guests but there are free parking spots available in the street and paid parking on the condo premises that are subject to availability. We had a great time in Maam Rizza’s place! The condo was extremely clean and has a stunning view of Iloilo rivera. Maam Rizza is very responsive to all my inquiries. I highly recommend staying in this listing. ✨ will definitely book here again.
We had a really great experience in this airbnb unit. Pros: Flexible check in. The host offers airport pick up or drop off. The view outside the living room window is the best at sunset. The unit gave us a complimentary red moscato to celebrate our mini reunion. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were soft. The unit comes with towels & complimentary coffee and tea too. Unit has a complete set of utensils and cooking pans. There was also a coffee maker. Cons: Couldn't find any rags for cleaning. There was no broom as well. There is a mop but it smelled super bad so we decided not to use it. Ants also come in fast. We had a cake served on the table and it only took 5 mins before red ants swarmed it. Major con as well is that the sockets are not working. There was only one (left bedroom) where it did. We tried all we can find but no luck. The carpet in the living room need a vacuum too. Other than that, we had pleasant stay and we'll definitely come back soon!
Team K and K Condo (Rizza and Cody) are very responsive. The place feels like home! They also provide FREE transportation from the airport which we appreciate. The house is very clean and “aesthetic”. Closer to SM and other establishments. Plus the natural wind and sunset view is top notch! Will definitely book K and K condo again for my next visit .

K&K condo host Ms. Rizza is friendly and very responsive with all my queries as well as Sir Ken Ken. One of the best service they offer was the Rt transfer, imagine how smooth and easy will be your check in if one of the host/representative will assist you😊 I also like to commend Sir Ken for his hospitality towards us. The unit is super nice,clean and very aesthetic. My family enjoyed staying in their place, even my kids was amaze how beautiful the unit is, they even refuse to go out😅 to top it all they even allow early check in as long as there’s is no guest prior to your check in date. I hope that they will maintain the superb service that they offer because I will definitely recommend their account to my friends and colleagues who plans to visit iloilo. Thank you again Sir Ken for your kind assistance and for answering all my questions po lalo na if about destination. By the way before I forgot , thanks for the complimentary wine🥂 More bookings to come🙏🙏
