Grazie Daniele & Francesca for allowing me to be your first guess. I am honored! They welcomed me right from the start of the reservation process. Check-in was simple. Daniele met me at the outside door at a coordinated time. He showed me around the flat & gave me some simple instructions with the kitchen and thermostat. The apartment is very nice! Two full bedrooms, the master has a closet & a spacious bathroom. Kitchen is well sized & the front room is very spacious that leads to a balcony. It has plenty of room for a family of 4 or can easily accommodate up to 4 adults. There is only one issue that I noted which is with the sound insulation. You can hear the other residents quite well, which means they are sure to hear you. Besides that the neighborhood it is located in is very quiet & peaceful. Easy walking distance to several restaurants & retailers, and a bar is located around the corner. If you wish a "home-away-from-home" this apartment is perfetto!
