Huge house with 3 living areas and a conference space. Really nice neighborhood - did not feel like I was in Houston. House was warm when we arrived but quickly cooled down when we set the thermostat.

I was thoroughly disappointed and concerned with the fact the someone might be living on the property in the backyard. Lights cut on around 1:30 am multiple times in the backyard alongside a small shack and a work truck. As if someone was living about 20 feet from the master bedroom, overall very dissatisfied that this information wasn’t disclosed. Also I asked about a creepy ziptie on the front door and the question was completely ignored. Would not book again ended up leaving at 2am as the lights in the backyard scared my wife.
