We're a 3-minute ride to Puka Beach, 5-min ride from City Mall, 10-min ride from White Beach Station 1, and a 15-min ride from Station 2 D’Mall. Free resort shuttle service for short-term stays from Clubhouse to White Beach. Spacious apartment with 65.5 sqm total area, high ceiling, loft bedroom with 2 queen beds, wardrobes, air-conditioning units and ceiling fan, downstairs living room with work desk and TV, kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, rice cooker / steamer, induction stove, and utensils. Bathroom has a tub and shower, toilet with bidet, and marble vanity area. Balcony with views of the sunrise over Bolabog beach and sunset over White beach. Balcony set with inlaid stone table and 2 chairs. Stairs in building to property, stairs within apartment.

amazing spacious spit, the host is very responsive, ac work great, actually had a blanket on the bed. the beds are comfortable. the pool is amazing will stay again in the future

Gated leisure residences and hotel on Boracay island. Located 5-min from City Mall, next to Shangri-la Resort entrance.
The loft requires stairs within the building and within the apartment. It is not suitable for guests with accessibility needs.
Guests with motor bikes can use common parking space within Alta Vista de Boracay (next to Clubhouse). Some guests go around in their e-scooters. Park by front door.
Shuttle service from Clubhouse to White Beach & D'Mall and back available daily. Check schedule at Front Desk. Up to 4 guests can avail return-trip shuttle service once daily. Extra guest(s) cost Php100 per person / trip.
E-tricycles, Southwest bus service, and local vans are available to ride from the guard house to most places on the island. Fares start at PhP 25 for locals and PhP 50 for tourists. Pay the driver / bus assistant directly. Special fares can cost PhP 250 to PhP 300 per trip for private hires of e-tricycles.
