This house worked very well for us. Great location for us getting to the aquatic centre every day and convenient for shops as well. Cleanest place we have stayed in Aberdeen so far as well so will definitely want to use again for future swim meets.

Lovely house in a great location. unfortunately there was an issue with the WiFI for our entire stay (and phone signal was patchy) with 2 kids this was not great especially as all the TVs were connected to fire sticks so without the WiFi we didn’t even have TV. Tina informed us before we arrived and provided an update and we understand that these things happen. The upstairs bedroom floors were pretty dusty which we probably wouldn’t have noticed but of my girls was wearing black legging and appeared covered in dust. I would also recommend you bring slippers, the tiled floor downstairs was cold on your feet. I would also bring toilet paper and bin bags if I stayed again- I had assumed for 3 nights there would be enough but we only had one of each.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely property. Excellent location for Codonas, Union Square shops, restaurants etc. Very quiet area. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great week at Tina’s home. It was located in a fantastic spot, with easy access to the beach and beach front eateries and coffee shops. The house itself was very clean, modern and the beds were very very comfortable and big. It was hard to get up some mornings as it was so cosy. During our stay we had a few questions and Tina responded within 5 minutes. Great service!! My family and I will be heading back a lot over the next 6 months and will hopefully be staying at Tina’s ( depending on availability) This house was a true gem in a beautiful location.
