( less than a mile away) This listing has its private parking, private entrance, and private large bathroom (with Jacuzzi).

it was the perfect spot, ran into city for a couple errands and work meetings. took advantage of the location for a quick shopping.
David was a great host, very responsive on any questions had. the place was near plenty of restaurants and shopping centers, it was also only 30 minutes away from South Padre Island.
