Nice quiet apartment next to the river.

Host is very responsive and location is great. Apartment was clean and convenient to have mini mart down stairs. Walking distance to river walk, night market, and many bars around. I would definitely stay again

The place fits the description perfectly. I appreciate the excellent communication and check-in-out process as well. However, there's a slight noticeable inconvenience with the electricity configurations. The bedroom light can only be controlled at the entrance door, and the outlet for charging is located at the foot-side of the bed. I think this configuration is probably done by the building construction itself, but it really was annoying having to walk to turn off the light, and then walk back to the bed in the dark.

The room is very small but looks very nice and is clean and comfortable. The location is great, a short walk to the main sights, by the riverside, close to the Giant Ibis bus station for Siem Reap (but not for Sihuanoukville!) and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The room was quiet and the Internet was okay at 10mpbs. The host was polite, friendly and quick to respond. I'll definitely stay here again if passing through Phnom Penh again. There is quite a strong smell of fabric conditioner, which was the only thing I didn't like, especially the strong smell of the bedsheets, but they were silky and soft.

The appartment is new & clean. Better than the pics. Everything was perfect. Thimoro was very friendly & approachable.
