A couple of coworkers and myself were in town for High Point Market and didn’t want to pay hotel room prices. Not only was this financially smarter for us than a hotel, but it was so much more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. One of the easiest check in experiences at a rental ever, there was nothing to really talk to the host about because you knew exactly what to expect based on the info they send. We loved the location of the house itself, sure we had to drive to high point versus a shuttle picking us up, but that’s because we picked this place. It’s not up to the host to move all of Greensboro (lol). The only thing we “didn’t like” was there wasn’t any coffee but again, we were there for work so of course we were focused on coffee haha. But thanks to Jesus we’ll be plenty stocked up for fall market!!

Very nice, comfortable stay. A couple of notes if you book: There is a regular coffee pot, so bring the can of Folgers, not k-cups. The kitchen is nice if you like to cook. The beds were pretty comfortable. There were signs in the bathroom instructing us not to flush toilet paper- to put it in the trash. I’m guessing the house may be on a septic tank.

The house was in a beautiful and peaceful location. Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and activities. We did have a difficult first night with the AC not working and having to sleep in a hot home. Thankfully the host was responsive and got the AC fixed the next day. The place was clean and enjoyed the grill and outdoor living area. Overall we had a nice stay and can’t wait to come back.
