Bright 100m2 apartment in the quiet residential neighborhood of Balduina, just 20 minutes (by bus) from the historic center and the Vatican. Balduina is a very quiet residential neighborhood, between the Vatican and Monte Mario, well connected to the historic center and the Vatican City. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Very convenient for Agostino Gemelli University Hospital. Also suitable for families with children. The apartment is very bright, located on the first floor and can also be reached by lift. It is composed of an entrance hall, a living/dining room which also has a sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with bed linen and towels. The living room also leads to a small balcony well exposed to the sun during the day. Possibility of free parking in the streets near the apartment.

Met ons gezin van 6 personen van de comfortabele en nette accommodatie genoten. Vanaf het appartement was het nog geen 5 minuutjes lopen naar de bushalte , en was het goed aan te reizen met de bus naar het centrum van Rome. We zaten in een rustige buurt, supermarktje en wat restaurantjes allemaal op loop afstand. Een aanrader voor een steden trip met gezin.
Nice and clean apartment. Due to the lack of good public transport, we sometimes had to travel for a long time, even though there is a train station just a stone's throw away. The Vatican Museum is a half-hour walk away. The apartment is clean and spacious, with beautiful terraces. The apartment is well equipped, although olive oil could have been a nice extra in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.
This is a very nice refurbished apartment in Balduina. We were happy with the furnishing and cleanliness of the place. Everything seems to be brand new. We had some issues with the heating but Francesco got it sorted quite quickly. There are two buses (990 and 913) that can take you to the Cipro metro station. Very often I just simply walked the distance because the buses are quite unpredictable and often crowded. Our stay coincided with major roadworks in Balduina so that may have contributed to the issue with the buses. Staying in Rome is expensive in general but I think this was a good choice for us overall for a month.

The Balduina area is a residential neighborhood located on the Monte Mario hill, in the north-west of Rome. It is a very quiet area, especially Balduina in Northern Rome, characterized by wide tree-lined streets, stately villas and elegant buildings.
La Balduina is located approximately 5 km from the historic center of Rome and is easily accessible by public transport. The "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" metro station (Line A) is nearby, as are numerous bus lines that connect the area with the rest of the city.
One of the main advantages of living in the Balduina area is the proximity to greenery: the neighborhood is in fact located at the foot of the Appia Antica Regional Park and the Monte Mario Park, two of the largest and most evocative green areas in the city. Furthermore, Balduina is surrounded by numerous parks and public gardens, ideal for jogging, walking or simply relaxing.
The Metro A "Cipro" station is about 10 minutes away by bus, while the historic center and the Vatican City can be reached in 15-20 minutes by bus.
