The place was clean and all amenities as describe sa listing are working. Worthy place. Thanks to Ms. Fatima and Kuya Jessie sa kanilang caretaker.

the place is different as to what is advertised in airbnb app. thou the host advise us that the original place where we supposed to stay got problems with their water supply but its a very short notice I was informed like an hour before we check in.. well, the new place is peaceful but there was a smell of paint.. it seems that the house is newly renovated and painted.. the problem was my 3 yr old daughter is not feeling well she has asthma and i informed the host about it days before our check in but it seems she does not care becoz the smell of the paint is non tolerable, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the cable for TV is not working.. no signal at all.. also, the cabinets in the bed room was not cleaned well-- full of dust.. however the caretaker was polite and he assisted us from check in to check out. no drinking water and garbage bag , we need to ask for it

Super worth it ang stay namin sa place .the host was very responsive.the care take care kuya jessie was mabait also. We felt at home. Highly recommended
