Small boats may work and can be stored in the driveway or grassy area at the end of the road. An additional boat slip is available for guests at Cedar Grove Marina. The fireplace has seasonal availability from October 1 through May 1. No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets are allowed. This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
