Recently renovated to a high standard with a new kitchen, bathroom, and redecoated throughout. Featuring high speed fibre broadband and a 50 inch smart TV. The property also has a designated parking space and a south facing rear garden.

Great little place for a short stay Easy walk into city centre. Area looks a bit rundown but the house itself is pristine and private parking great. Will is an excellent host. It was perfect for us as we were attending an event at the Leeds Irish Centre.
Will's place in Leeds was just perfect for my work trip. 10 minutes from the City centre. Parking at the house was great. The place itself was just so nice and comfy and had everything I needed. Bed was super comfy and the place just helped me rest after a days work. I would definitely book again.
Had a nice couple of nights at Will’s place, nice and clean not to far to walk to city centre, would definitely stay there again.
Great place - easy to locate with private parking. Spotlessly clean. Will was quick to respond to my queries. Good location for access to local areas.
