Escape to nature in our charming lakefront cabin on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Our dock offers the perfect spot for fishing, bird-watching, or enjoying a book by the water, and the fenced-in yard provides a haven for your furry friends. Gather round the firepit for s'mores or enjoy the aptly named "Sunset Cove" from the heated dock. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a family getaway, our cabin is the ideal setting for new memories. Book your stay and experience the magic of lake life. Welcome to our home away from home. The cabin is an intimate getaway on a completely fenced-in, well-maintained 0.42 acres surrounded by native trees and greenery. The front door leads to a well-lit kitchen and inviting living space with sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and overlooks the spacious yard, dock, and lake. The house has two main bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with tub, and the other with access to the lofted bedroom. All three bed spaces have queen sized beds. The living room couch folds out to a full sized bed, allowing for a total of 8 guests at the cabin. The central bathroom is a half-bath and has a washer and dryer for any laundry needs after a day on the lake. The outdoor spaces are our favorite places to relax, unwind, and enjoy the serenity of Lake Sinclair. The patio table is a lovely place for a meal, and the firepit makes for perfect stargazing later in the night. But the true gem is the dock — enjoy it year round with comfortable chairs, installed heaters, and of course, rod holders. The entire yard is fenced in for your pets and has a sandy beachfront entry to the water. Please note: Guests are prohibited from using the indoor fire place, boat, or jet ski. You may dock your boat to the dock, but the lift is not available for use. Guest Starter Pack Includes: 2 rolls of tissue per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 dish pods 2 laundry pods 3 trash bags Dish Detergent Hand soap per bathroom & kitchen Shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom We do recommend that you bring anything additional that you may need during your visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to GCSU because of our granddaughter’s graduation. There is a Super Walmart that is not that far from the house that had everything we needed. Had a nice family get-together where we all enjoyed being outside. The home was super clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Definitely a wonderful place to stay in the Eatonton/Milleadgeville area!
I visited the place with my family and pets. The place is very nice with good price too. The dock is also great and we did fishing from the dock and it was perfect. Kellie was an exceptional host. I had initially booked another place of hers. She checked it before we were going to get there and noticed the AC having issues. She moved us to another place and honored the same price. She checked on us enough to make sure everything was up to our liking. She dealt with all the hassles with airbnb and still is while I am writing this because she didn’t want them to keep bugging me. I would most definitely be renting from her again. Thank you for everything once again Kellie. Parthiv.

The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. Enjoy the serenity of lake life a mere hour and a half from the city!
The property is on a dead end road, very accessible but private. Parking is available on the driveway but please make sure you aren't on the neighbor's driveway (it's connected). Please do not park or drive on the grass in the yard or on the grass next to the driveway.
