We booked this place after the place we had originally booked was double booked We walked in and it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests! We were due at a friend’s 50th party and were already delayed but luckily we found a bag of clean towels and bedding. The hosts were very apologetic and honest / transparent about the fact there were no other flats and unsure about getting a cleaner. They also offered a refund immediately without question and have been really responsive and helpful since . It was just an unfortunate scenario. Despite the issue we had, I would still completely recommend this place, very good value for money! So spacious and such a great location. Parking was easy 5 mins away. Our bed was sooo comfy! Great shower. A few things to note, WiFi is terrible. You literally have to be next to the rooter. Also the patio doors to access the courtyard and snug on the other side does not lock.
Brand new building, clean and stylish.
My friend and I stayed for one night to go to a gig at the O2 Forum - it was the perfect location… literally 5 mins walk to the show. The place was incredibly well kitted out… very high spec finish and the outdoor cinema room is an awesome touch. Beds were comfortable and the place was absolutely spotless! Host was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. I have one minor gripe - now, this wasn’t a problem for us because we were staying one night and spent most of our time out. For someone staying for longer; with kids or to work - the wi fi was problem. The router is upstairs and this works… and whilst they’ve added boosters downstairs, these don’t work which means the smart tv doesn’t work - we tried everything to get it all to work but no luck. As I said, it wasn’t a big deal for us but definitely something we’d suggest is sorted as it might be an issue for other guests. Would definitely book this place again - was beautiful! Thank you!
