Bedroom Layout: • Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom, TV • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, treadmill • Bedroom 3: This room serves as a foyer and can be easily transformed into a cozy third bedroom with a pull-out queen bed and curtain for privacy. (The layout of the home makes this space feel private, however, this space does NOT have a door and is not a true bedroom) • Living room: Wood burning fireplace, comfy sofa, Smart TV, reading chairs, sliding glass windows that empty out to the patio • Dining room & Kitchen: Dining table with seating for 4, breakfast bar with seating for 3, ample counter space, fully stocked kitchen • Patio: Gas fire pit, gas grill, seating for 6, grass turf • Laundry room: Full size washer and dryer *Please note: With notice, we are happy to prepare the pull out bed and make up the 3rd bedroom for you.
