Initially skeptical because there were not a lot of reviews. Very thankful for the reviews that were there. Eric is a new host however I had a good feeling about it. This is definitely a Hidden Gem the other reviews are totally true and very helpful, my wife and I were met with candies and snacks in the room and the bedding is absolutely wonderful, spotless room and bathroom, everything was set up so nicely and it was so incredibly clean! I mean the kind of clean that literally we have not seen anywhere else. Bathroom had everything you would need & more there IS ALOT of thought that goes into this little area! All the areas of the house were so clean and nicely presented. Eric says he likes to be with his guests or give them space and he did both with us we did not expect to want to interact with a host like this being that we keep to ourselves but once we met Eric we felt very comfortable around him and had one day when he was not as busy when we could actually talk it was fabulous.

Eric’s stay exceeded our expectations! We attended Coachella that weekend and it was the perfect space to come to after a such a long day. The place was squeaky clean and super easy to access. He had all the essentials we needed and more! He even had a mini fridge with waters and snacks for us to enjoy. We really appreciated his responsiveness and would 100% book again if we are ever planning to stay in the area! Thanks so much for the amazing stay Eric! (:
