Our glamping tent comes with a hotel quality queen size bed, a chair for lounging inside, electricity, above ground firepit, and an outdoor table with chairs. If you enjoy camping but don't want to pack a tent, or sleep on the ground, this is the place for you! We’re located 12.9 miles S of the entrance to Arches NP, 76 miles N of Canyonlands NP. We have beautiful views of The Rim and San Juan Mountains. Potable water is available to guests in ALL waterspouts! We have 3 options for restrooms: 1. Indoor with hot showers. 2. Outdoor (private with NO ROOF, perfect for star gazing) with hot showers. 3. 2 additional restrooms only, NO showers. Our Outdoor restrooms/showers are open seasonally. Indoor restrooms are open all season. There is a neighboring campground on the North side of the fence. If you are in a tent, it is likely you may hear noise (A/C running, etc.) from those campers. Please plan accordingly (ear plugs/ ear buds). OUR WIFI is NOT the best! We are working on improving it. We currently have Starlink and it's the best we can get for our location. It doesn't always work so if you absolutely need WIFI, please book another campground. THIS SPACE IS OUR BACKYARD, we love the outdoors & want to share it with you and your family. If you are looking for a commercial campground with a swimming pool, etc. please keep looking! If you’re looking for a FAMILY-ORIENTED, small, GEM of a place, easy going, beautiful and peaceful with the nicest folks you’ve ever met, please reserve! Friendly reminder, we don't supply tent stakes, rubber mallets, tents (unless you are booking the Glamping tent), sleeping bags, campers, RVs, or firewood. You may purchase firewood at most stores in town.
