On entry to Del Webb – Roper Lane, a family room welcomes you with a queen sleeper couch and dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or simply spreading out with friends and family. Walk through to a bright and spacious open-concept living room with high ceilings and walls of windows, and doors opening to a tranquil sunroom and outdoor patio. The open kitchen has modern stainless appliances, bar seating for 4, and an adjoining dining area for home-cooked meals – or take it outdoors! This space seamlessly connects to a sunroom with bistro-style tables, a dining table, a second Smart TV, and doors out to the back patio furnished with cozy seating areas and a BBQ grill to enjoy Sedona’s outdoor lifestyle. 4 Bedrooms – 2.5 Bathrooms – Sleeps 10 Guests Del Webb – Roper Lane accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in 4 bedrooms on a split floorplan. On the East side you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and an adjacent queen bedroom. On the West side, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom are connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The home offers a full laundry for guest convenience. Other: Rolling cooler to travel with and a bike repair stand and pump.  Cottonwood Ranch Community Your stay at Del Webb – Roper Lane includes complimentary access to the Cottonwood Ranch community clubhouse with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub boasting beautiful views of the Mingus Mountains, a fitness center, a computer room, a park with a playground and sports court, and lots of trails and bike paths winding through the homes. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $50 fee for the fob which we will reimburse. Community Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change.
