Villa Hagaberg, stunning summer house in Västervik Welcome to experience the beautiful and charming Villa Hagaberg, a newly renovated property surrounded by forest, only 8 min by car (12 min by bike) from Västervik’s city center. The house is ready to be rented by summer 2024 and is perfect for families or a group of friends wishing to have a good time just unwinding in the beautiful surroundings of the house, or exploring the many activities and sights that Västervik has to offer. The property consists of two buildings available for guests. After the first phase of renovation, the property will be able to comfortably host up to 9 ppl. General information: - Only the Social space/Dining room fireplace is allowed to be used during summer months June-September - Air Conditioner is available in the Main House - Wifi is available (Starlink high-speed internet) - Sonos speakers with bluetooth connection is set up for the entire house - All lights are dimmers - All rooms are equipped with towels for guests - 2 bikes are available for borrowing during stay (note that there are no helmets) - Pre-notice/approval from host is needed when bringing pets
