The two homes are set on a 5-acre man made lake & sleeps 29 total (some beds are only for children so please ask before booking) with 10 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms between the two homes. Each home has open concept upstairs and downstairs living areas. +Both kitchens are very well equipped with many spices crockpot blender waffle maker coffee tea basic essentials (plates, pots, pans, glassware, etc). +Almost every room in both homes has a smart tv in it (please make sure to bring your own login information). +Both homes have hot tubs wood burning fire pits (wood included) propane fire pits (upper decks) propane grills (extra propane tanks provided) +We provide white towels for showering striped towels for hot tub and beach black make up towels. +We have laundry rooms in both homes and provide detergent for you +Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap. +Each home has a high chair pack n play (please bring your own sheets) +We have many outdoor games & board games, kayaks & a paddle board at each home +Please note the backyard is fully exposed to the sun during the day so if you'd like to be on the beach it may be in your best interest to bring beach tents or umbrellas for shade.
