Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake. This apartment is considered as a Studio included a kitchen corner (in EU we call that 1+kk). On the landscape of 38m2 we managed to squeez quite large living room and the whole fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge, freezer. dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, owen, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, etc...). This apartment has a large size double bed as well as foldable sofabed available up to for three people. Whole apartment is located on the third floor with no lift. However the scenery view out of our the windows are spectaculous. All areas of the apartment are well and uniquely designed by KARE furniture. Well designed living room with whole floor heating gets you to separated bedroom which both have a great view throughout the large windows to the soul relaxing lanscape sceneries. As the part of this unit, there is a basement storage for you to deposit summer or winter sports equipment, and of course, there is a private parking spot ready for you right next to our apartments building.
