Snuggle up in front of the wood heater in winter or open up the sliding doors to the back deck in summer. There are 3 good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 8 family members (or friends) and a family bathroom. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is also a second shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet. You will also find the bonus second fridge. The back garden is fully fenced with a nice covered outdoor entertaining area that has a gas Bbq and outdoor setting. There is a cubby house and swings for the kids. This is an affordable family home with lots of great features and in a fantastic location.
