IDEAL LOCATION FOR THE OLYMPIC GAMES 12/18 MINUTES WALK FROM THE GRAND PALAIS, PONT ALEXANDRE III, INVALIDES AND CONCORDE. Nestled on the ground floor of a beautiful Hausmann-style building, this elegant space comprises 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a toilet, 1 separate toilet, a large living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a separate fully-equipped kitchen. Flat features : This flat offers a luxurious space where you can relax and feel at home from the moment you arrive. The lounge is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an evening with friends or family. Modern kitchen: The separate kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, washing machine with dryer. The flat is also equipped with an iron and ironing board and hairdryers. The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and the apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure a spotless space on arrival. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and matched the description. It was a gorgeous place that added an extra touch of specialness to our stay in Paris. The apartment is also extremely large, so although we only had two people, it could definitely accommodate more. The location is great in the 8th arrondissement so it feels walkable and even by car didn't take more than 15 minutes to get to most of the major locations and sites we were visiting. The hosts were flexible in accommodating our early check-in and late check-out an we would definitely recommend this place to others or return here for another stay.
Excellent! We arrived early and they were so accommodating. The service was 10/10 as well as communication. The place itself is stunning with a beautiful Parisian aesthetic. It has so many nearby shops and restaurants. It was helpful this was on the first floor for anyone traveling with children / strollers.
Sehr schön und gut gelegene Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und eignet sich gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Familie. Kommunikation mit Gastgebern war sehr gut. Störend finde ich, dass die Abflüsse in den Lavabos nicht gut funktionieren.
El apartamento tiene una decoración muy bonita. A nuestra llegada nos recibio una persona que era la primera vez que enseñaba el apto y no nos dio demasiadas explicaciones útiles ya que no sabía prácticamente dónde estaban las cosas. Por llegar a partir de las 19.00( llegamos a las 19.30) pagamos 30€ en efectivo a esta chica por prácticamente abrirnos la puerta, ya que no explico detalles como por ejemplo,conectarnos al wifi del apartamento, ni donde debíamos depositar la basura el día de nuestra salida. Nada más llegar tuvimos un problema con un lavabo del baño que ya estaba roto y se salía el agua, que comunicamos nada más llegar y en una estancia de 3 noches tardaron casi 48horas en subsanarlo, teniendo que preguntarles y sin ofrecer ningun gesto de compensación por ello. La zona es un poco alejada del centro y el apto un poco ruidoso de la calle y en mi opinión le faltan detalles basicos como perchas en los baños para dejar alguna toalla, una bayeta de cocina, etc El resto perfecto
