Bright & quiet second floor one bed apartment in modern building, right in the heart of iconic Kensington (Olympia). Fully furnished w/all mod cons; Smart TV, dishwasher & washer. Bright open plan flat with kitchen, dining & living area. Double Bed w/comfortable mattress & modern clean bathroom. Wood floor throughout. Close to restaurants, shops, pubs & multiple amenities of High Street Kensington. And our favorite Holland Park (near where the Beckhams live) is only 5 minutes’ walk. Enter this lovely modern building from a peaceful street into a secure & safe main entrance door. Take a lift (or stairs) to access this gorgeous apartment. Arrive on the 2nd floor at this beautifully designed & cosy flat. Airy & light, the windows provide lots of brightness into the apartment. Flat is decent size (48m2) with a quiet double bedroom with storage & wardrobe space. The bed is comfortable & linens are hotel quality. Bathroom has a stand up high-pressurised shower. The apartment is open plan with kitchen, dining & living. The kitchen comes well equipped (all the mod cons) so all the needs of guests who like to cook at home should be met. The dining area is suitable for 4 as per the pictures. The sofa is very comfortable which provides a nice place to unwind. The TV is only in the bedroom but is smart and is Netflix / Amazon Prime compatible. Guests must have to use their own accounts. Internet is inside the apartment allowing for easy WFH living. With so many comforts & amenities the apartment is suitable for business travellers, students couples, &/or working professionals.

I was in London for a work trip and the flat was a short walk from the Olympia. It was also super close to the subway and some great restaurants on the main Kensington stretch.
Perfect location. Very comfortable apartment. We took advantage of the outdoor balcony. Close to metro train station, bus stops, E-Bikes or good ol’ fashioned foot in front of the other. Many restaurants and shops to choose from. Rich was the perfect host and went above and beyond our expectations with response time to recommendations.
The flat was really nice and clean! The bed was comfortable and we felt homely. Would definitely recommend!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment was beautiful and absolutely spotless. There were lots of thoughtful amenities. Rich provided loads of useful information on getting around London and listed lots of places nearby worth visiting. The check in went really smoothly. We arrived in London at 12pm and we really appreciated the fact that we were allowed to drop our bags off at the apartment before the check-in time so that we were able to explore the locality as soon as we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
