It's the perfect spot for cooling off or entertaining guests.  You will find multiple game options (Spikeball, Glow in the dark Cornhole, Smashnet) along with 2 dining areas that can seat up to 12.  A brand new BBQ area is located just off the backdoor with easy access to and from the kitchen.   ★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★ ☀ Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the home or on the premises.  If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge.  ☀ 1 Pet allowed for $100 a stay ☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings.  You will be charged a penalty of $500 if you throw an authorized event. ☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book ☀ Guest must provide valid ID after booking, and a list of their guest names and ages. ☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay ☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours.  AIl late check-out requests need to be made 24 hours before your check-out time, to reschedule your cleaner who is scheduled for 10 am the day of your check-out.  If you are on the property two hours after your confirmed check-out time of 10 am, you will be charged a $500 penalty.   ☀These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. ☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.
