L’appartement est très bien situé pour rayonner dans le parc des cairngorms. Il est fonctionnel, on s’y sent parfaitement bien et c’est très calme ! Nous recommandons ce mignon logement !

Wonderful base to explore Aviemore and the surroundings. It is a very cosy home that has all we needed to warm up after a day in the hills. We loved that you can walk out straight into the birch forest from the back garden. Holly kindly said we could store our luggage in the shed before check-in. Highly recommended!

We found the look of the building, which has four separate units one of which is Birch Snug, from the road a little disappointing but realise the owners cannot influence this. However, the view from the living room into the garden and the woodland at the back of the property is lovely. Inside was just as the name of the property suggests - snug and perfectly adequate for two people. Unlike self catering properties we have been to previously, the owners provide many sundry items which came in really useful during our stay. We had a slight electoral issue with the cooker on arrival but Jules had an electrician on the doorstep early next morning to rectify it and kindly gave us a courtesy refund for the inconvenience. We would return to Birch Snug despite the slight negative I mentioned at the beginning of the review. Thank you Holly and Jules.
