This cozy 4-person holiday home (70 m2) is located in a monumental farm with 12 other holiday homes, a restaurant, an attractive "court terrace" and a play and picnic meadow. It has a private terrace with extensive views over the valley. Quiet and child-friendly, yet only 10 minutes from the famous Valkenburg, 15 minutes from the 3-country point in Vaals and 20 minutes from Aachen. Located in the middle of the nature reserve "Land van Kalk", there is much to do and see for everyone. This 4-person house of 70 m2 consists of 2 floors. GROUND FLOOR On the ground there is a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area. The dining area has a modern kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The toilet room is also located on the ground floor. OUTSIDE TERRACE WITH VIEW The living room is directly adjacent to the outdoor terrace with a panoramic view over the large meadow that belongs to the complex and the Limburg landscape. There you can enjoy a meal and a drink. If you have children, they can play to their heart's content in the meadow and you can still keep an eye on them. FLOOR The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a King-size box spring bed (180x200) for 2 people with pocket spring mattress and integrated extra topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. The other bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) with the same mattress and comfort topper. The bathroom has a sink and shower while the toilet is located in a separate toilet room on the ground floor.
