Step inside and find yourself in the welcoming and relaxing open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with crisp neutral-toned decor and plenty of natural light pouring in through the glass patio doors. Unwind on the sofa in front of the pebble-effect electric fire and TV while soaking up the countryside views. To one side of the sofa is a dining table and two stools. The one-wall kitchen offers plenty of space for a joint effort when cooking dinner. All three bedrooms are comfortable and bright: a double with an en-suite WC and two compact twin rooms. Completing the interior is a family shower room. Outside is a spacious decked area with a BBQ and furniture. Explore your natural surroundings while staying in the village of Rookley, which is home to a small convenience store and the Rookley Country Park (0.5 miles). Just 0.5 miles away is the Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
