Amelia was as helpful as she can possibly be. However, the unit needs painting and a little more decorations it felt stale and sterile like a hospital room. The pool area is currently under construction which is an eyesore, no fault of hers. There were few seats available and construction equipment all around and the view and access to the river was fenced off with construction fencing just so you’re aware. Other than that I would stay here again (once the construction is over )
