Wonderful, friendly, responsive host! Clean place that you can tell has been recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Great aircons. Good view. And while it's a small apartment, the two bedrooms and two baths make it plenty big for a small family of 4-5 or two couples. It's a long walk (20+ minutes) into the UNESCO World Heritage area, but there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Note, the Tropicana building can be a bit busy with tourists coming and going and you can hear people above you, etc. But this unit is on the 26th floor so it's largely protected from street noise — other than construction nearby. The only thing keeping it from a 5-star stay was little things not there like spices, cooking oil, welcome snacks, or those little touches that some properties provide to go over and beyond.

Visited Penang with my family of 5, first time staying in an Airbnb here. Thanks for hosting us so well! Really the most responsive and friendliest host I've ever met, clear check in and check out instructions were given by the host, everything went smoother than I expected. Was greeted by the beautiful city view (really love this!!) as we stepped into the apartment. This place is near to the city so it's quite convenient for us to visit some food places attractions around there by foot. 3M water purifier was also provided in the apartment as well as comfy king koil bed (got this info from the host as my family had a great sleep here). I have to say this is great value of money! Such a clean and cozy place to stay in! Luckily I got this in my last-minute booking! Hope to stay here again when I visit Penang for my next vacation!

The host is very attentive and caring. Always giving us suggestions on places to visit around Penang<3. The place feels like home and had all the amenities that i need. Overall a comfy stay with heartwarming service. Would definitely revisit.
