Excelente alojamiento , muy limpio y con las comodidades adecuadas. Luis fue muy proactivo en solucionar de manera rápida algunos imprevistos que se presentaron , lo que se agradece considerando que viajábamos con un bebé pequeño. El condominio cuenta con excelentes áreas compartidas como son las piscinas , área de juego de niños y muchas áreas verdes para caminar en entorno tranquilo y seguro. La playa está cercana tanto para ir caminando (15 minutos aprox) o en vehículo ya que cuenta con aérea de estacionamientos. Lo recomendamos 100%!

My Adult kids and I really enjoyed our stay at Luis airbnb. The condo was just like you see in the pictures, clean and peaceful. The pool was amazing and just across the street. The beach was close if you got a ride in the golf cart. There was a couple restaurants a 10 minute walk away in the Royal Hycienda hotel, by reservation. Playa Del Carmen is a taxi ride away, or you could walk along the beach to get to 5th ave. about a half hour walk. Highly recommend Luis airbnb, would definetly return. He was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis for a memorable vacation.

We had a blast at Luis’ place! The apartment is gorgeous, new, modern and super organized. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also had everything that we needed for the barbecue we had at the swimming pool area (which is fantastic). The bedrooms are perfect with their own closets and bathrooms. It is quite far from downtown, so you will need either a car or a taxi (300 pesos /$20 a ride). The nearest supermarket is about 3km from the apartment. The access to Maressa beach club is easy and they have tasty food. Be sure to ask where to sit so that you do not have to pay the access to the club. I strongly recommend this apartment if you want a place to relax!

Muy padre condominio para disfrutar de unas vacaciones , excelente ubicación para un fin de semana de golf y playa en familia. El anfitrión siempre se mostro muy atento y al pendiente de cualquier situación. Sin dudarlo regresaría a rentar ahí mismo. : D

Muy cómodo el apartamento , excelente ubicación , muy cerca de la playa . Luis una persona muy resolutiva , se dañó una pastilla de luz en el departamento y se solucionó , además de que Luis nos apoyó en todo momento . Muy recomendable si quieres diversión y descansar .
