Jen and Charlie’s carriage house is without question the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The space was great for fun and productivity . It was clean and everything is in tip top shape. They too are the best hosts I have ever had, they did EVERYTHING to make me feel not just comfortable but at home. Everything promised in the listing was delivered at or ABOVE the promised level. They are delightful and friendly people . I cannot be more pleased with my stay. I have relocated to Charlotte and will be strongly recommending that my loved ones stay here. Simply the best! P.s. their cats are super sweet and friendly if you are enjoying the outdoor courtyard and Jen’s cooking deserves a Michelin star.

I’m not really sure where to begin when I describe my stay at Jenn and Charlie’s. When I arrived at their amazing carriage house, I had literally just embarked on the biggest transition of my life in over 30 years. Jenn was so welcoming…..a new friend, and practically held my hand welcoming me into their incredible space! The carriage house is an incredible space…..a close neighbor to BofA stadium. It is bright, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet…..even with the windows open. The king size chaise lounge couch will have you furniture shopping when you leave. Having said all this, their hospitality was something I really wasn’t expecting. Stocked pantry, homemade cookies, treats in the freezer, and several offers of homemade dinners. Jenn and Charlie have thought of everything. The courtyard is beautiful and well lit. The private garage was a big bonus. I would recommend this gem of a carriage house to anyone…..no matter your needs. The real gems are Jenn and Charlie….no doubt!

The carriage house was absolutely incredible! I stayed here for 2 and a half months during an internship this summer and it was the best summer it could possibly have been. Jen and Charlie were the kindest, most helpful hosts they could have been. They gave great restaurant recommendations, suggested cool things to do, and were all around wonderful people. They really made me feel at home in Charlotte and helped open the city up to me. The location was central, with a nice park down the street, walkable from Uptown and from lots of restaurants in South End and Uptown Charlotte. It was also really close to Bank of America Stadium, which made going to events really easy! The carriage house itself was really comrfortable and clean, with a full kitchen to cook in, a large bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Overall, a perfect place to stay, I can't possibly recommend it enough.

My stay with Jen and Charlie was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, and in a great location. Jen and Charlie went above and beyond to make me feel at home and I would recommend their place to anyone
