Thank you so much for everything Kevin your place is amazingly comfortable and clean. I arrives late in the evening after 1130 with myself and my kitty and feel completely safe. Unpacking the car going back-and-forth to load things into the house although it was very late which was important to me. Everything was as described, and I definitely will book again when traveling to Memphis. This place is an absolute must if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Nice to visit this warm house on the cold winter. It was comfortable. And easy to visit other town nearby with a reasonable price. Thanks Kevin, he is a helpful and kind host.
