Appartamento bellissimo e moderno a pochissimi passi dal centro. Il terrazzo ha una splendida vista sul campanile del Duomo ed é molto vivibile, la cucina spaziosa è molto luminosa con un grande bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Soggiorno comodissimo con TV 40 pollici e camera da letto con letto molto comodo e secondo bagno in camera. Giovanni è un host molto gentile e attento a ogni esigenza. Sono molto contenta e ci torneró sicuramente. Voto 10

Giovanni a été un hôte formidable. La communication a été extrêmement facile, l'appartement est très bien placé tout près du centre historique mais également proche de la gare. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté irréprochable de l'appartement. Si nous revenons à Lecce nous serions heureux d'occuper le logement de Giovanni.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Der Blick vom Balkon und von den Fenstern auf die Altstadt ist sehr schön. Wir waren Ende März da und wir könnten an einigen Tagen auf dem Balkon mit dem wundervollen Blick frühstücken. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war sehr gut, er hat schnell geantwortet. Giovanni hat bei unserer Ankunft schon angekündigt, dass die Wohnung renoviert werden muss. Tatsächlich ist die Unterkunft deutlich abgewohnt. Die Spülmaschine in der Küche lässt sich nur schwer schließen. Das obere Bad riecht muffig und ist sehr eng. Die Dusche im unteren Bad ist gammlig und die Fugen sind schimmlig. Die Lampen in der Wohnung bräuchten neue Leuchtmittel. Das Lichtkonzept ist schlecht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gering, es gibt nur wenig Besteck. Mit ein paar kleineren Investitionen und Reparaturen wäre die Wohnung viel besser, bei unseren Besuch im März 2024 war die Wohnung suboptimal.

Die Wohnung im oberen Stock eines historischen Gebäudes ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, mit sehr guten Betten. Und absolut ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Vom Bahnhof aus sind es ca. 15 Miinuten zu Fuß. Da wir im März in Lecce waren, haben wir die große Dachterrasse nicht nutzen können (es war abends noch zu kalt), aber im Sommer ist sie bestimmt sehr angenehm. Unsere Ankunft hatte sich um 2 Stunden verzögert, aber unser Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns auch um 21 Uhr noch freundlich empfangen. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür. Fazit: uns hat es gut gefallen. P.S. Ein Hinweis für die Autofahrer: Die Parkplatzsuche ist ziemlich schwierig!

Big spacious apartment in a historic building. The apartment has big high ceilings and it has an outdoor veranda with seating and tables overlooking the Duomo belltower. Great location to walk around the centro storico. Very near to Porta San Biagio. I stayed for 3 months and had my car to visit many places around Salento and other parts of Puglia. Parking was free about 2 streets away from the apartment. There was pay parking directly in front of the apartment. Giovanni met me at check in. Advised about the running of the utilities and appliances in the apartment. He was easily contacted by text and very prompt to respond. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend.
