Thembi is Sydneys manager and is an excellent host. Always ready to assist. I already knew the area because I used to live close by. Modern apartment well equiped. Plenty of clean towels linen and extra blankets. And Thembi was always ready and willing when needed. Thank you Thembi and Sydney for a lovely stay I will be back Mari x

Beautiful space in a very safe estate. both hosts communicate exceptionally well and are very understanding. I extended my stay becaue I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to Sydney and Thembi!

Great price for a great place. Host is very helpful with regards to anything that you need and can be contacted at anytime.

First of all, I'd like to mention that the Co-host Thembi is very friendly and proactive. She always sent the codes, that are required to enter and leave the estate, relatively early in the morning. Once, I needed the codes at around 5am and she sent them. Kudos to Thembi here! However, there were a few things that are NOT OKAY: The description talks (and does have alot of pictures) of the lifestyle center. The restaurant is CLOSED (and looks like it has been closed for a while). You can absolutely NOT state that you guys have a restaurant on the estate when in fact it is closed. I legit chose the place because I thought it had a restaurant. This is misleading and I am paying for stuff I am not getting. Not cool. It's also not acceptable that on the one occassion where I had no internet, I was supposed to call the provider and sort it out. Sydney has to absolutely positively take care of it himself. Other than that, very safe location. A solid stay but please update the description.
