The place is very comfortable. There is a good amount of noise from upstairs, but that's to be expected when you rent a basement unit. It was quiet in the evenings though! There were some really nice small touches that make a big difference, like a toothbrush holder & an extension cord in the bedroom because the outlets are too far away to charge your phone by the bed at night. I had a question on my second day & also requested a fan, which they mentioned in the guest book is available, and they responded and had the fan to me in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this place!

the place was more beautiful in person. Everything described was exactly the same. nice neighborhood and quite as well. it was close to many restaurants, movie theater and many other things. i highly recommend it.
