My 16-year-old son and I enjoyed our 1-night stay at JoWanda’s place for the state track meet! It is super cute, cozy, very clean, and well-stocked, and communication was great! The pool is within easy walking distance, and we appreciated that she provided beach towels! The RV park was quiet, and everybody we encountered during our brief stay was friendly. We had planned to have 2 teammates of my son stay with us, but that changed, so we didn’t use the loft or sofa bed. I was originally planning for my son, who’s about 6’3”, to sleep in the loft. Maybe I should’ve just known he wouldn’t fit, but didn’t realize until I saw it in person. She mentions in the details provided after reservation that it’s best suited for a 5-10 year old, which sounds about right. He slept in the single bed room, and it was also a bit short for him, but he made it work so we didn’t have to make out the sofa bed. Just keep that in mind if you’re thinking of putting a tall person in one of those!

Had a lovely stay! Such a wonderful location with lots of things to do, see and places eat. Super comfy and clean RV as well, felt just like home and would def stay again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Good location. Across the highway from OWA. Quick drive to Tanger Outlets and restaurants. Camper is 5th wheel so keep in mind there are stairs to get to bathroom. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Adequate towels and toiletries. Large refrigerator. Good selection of TV channels. I have allergies, so I appreciated the no pet policy.

Their place was very nice and cozy. I had zero issues with any part of my stay. Will be staying there again my next trip to that location!!
