This beauty is located in Butchertown, where you'll find Louisville's most vibrant attractions, like NuLu, the KFC Yum Center, the Waterfront Park, and many more! Whether you're embarking on the Bourbon Trail or attending the Kentucky Derby, The Butcher Rose is the perfect home base for an unforgettable experience for guests exploring all that Louisville has to offer. ACCESS TYPE: ▻ You will have private access to your own bedroom and en-suite bathroom, which is locked with your own unique code ▻ The common areas outside of your room will be shared with other guests staying in the other rooms FLOOR 1: ▻ Living room ▻ Dining area ▻ Kitchen with Keurig and Drip Coffee, Cream, Sugar, Microwave, Range, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, Freezer ▻ Half-bathroom ▻ Bar located in the basement with access from the inside of the home or the outside. No alcohol is available at the bar, as it is solely for decorative purposes. However, you are welcome to lounge and enjoy good conversation with other guests. My family and I started hosting on Airbnb from our 2 bedroom home in downtown Napa California in 2015. A close friend was undergoing medical treatments, and because we did not have a lot of money, we decided to rent out our house (and stay on his couch) for the weekend of a now famous music festival. The weekend was a huge success, the guests had an amazing time, we made new friends, and our friend got the money for his medical treatment. After that we were hooked! Since 2015, we have lived the goodness everyday that hosting people can generate. We have now hosted thousands of visitors in properties around the country that we either own renovated and manage, or have helped others renovate and/or manage. Our family works extremely hard to provide our guests a luxury experience (at a price point for everyone) by combining perfect accommodations, unrivaled service plus concierge access to the local area. We love hosting weekend getaways, large groups for Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, extended stays for traveling professionals. Anyone with goodness in their heart are always welcome at any of our homes. We have a small staff that helps answer any question 24/7, but we're a very small family company with a passion for providing an incredible guest experience. We look forward to hosting you!
