As the unit is in a new building literally everything is new and clean. Very well equipped kitchen and good amenities. Comfortable bed. The host is quick to respond and accomodating. For a person who spends a lot of time working from home sometimes I felt I had less privacy as I had to have the blinds down most of the time because the unit was facing a building. You see and hear people on the rooftop terrace (shouldn't be an issue if you're out exploring during the day). The living room felt a bit cramped with two sofas but overall nicely decorated. I had an enjoyable stay so switched rooms and extended my stay.

A lovely apartment and only a short walk to town and the beach, also conveniently with a mini market less than one minute away. Would definitely stay again if we visit Larnaca again.

Great quiet (no road and cars) location - with only a few steps to St Lazarus church and 5 minutes walking to the beach. The apartment is brand new with all amenities you need in kitchen bathroom leaving room, very well equipped with sunny terrace with nice city view.
