This house is in prosperity place Hongdae, there are a lot fantastic restaurants,bars,shops where you can get whatever you want. Also it’s just by the 경의선숲공원Gyeongui Line Forest Park where you can enjoy the good view and sunshine. It's the most popular place for young people and artists in Seoul. There is a single bed, one table ，a huge floor to ceiling window in this room through which you could enjoy the sunshine on daytime. Though It's small but cozy. Also the living room is big enough for guest to work, have meal, chill down in the sofa. You could see it from the picture I guarantee that you would love this cozy fantasy house. My place is 7-10mins walking distance to Hongdae（also called Hongik) (홍대입구역)subway station line No.2/Konghang line/ Kyeongui line. 52 mind to Incheon airport by Konghang line 15-20mins to Kimpo airport by Konghang line 12 mind to Myeondong by line No.2 17mins to Dongdaemun by line No.2 21mins to Kyeonbuk palace by subway ★ Before booking please check things below to make sure you are ok with them unless I can give you 100% refound. No respond will be required to cancel the booking. 1.if you are ok with small dog,he is very behaved and welcoming. His pad in front of the door because I work long day, but I clean it Frequently when I am home. If you mind it or you are allergic to dogs maybe this can not be the best place to stay. Or if you still want to stay here please make sure to bring your medicine. Anyway you are very welcome here. 2.This room is cozy enough but a little bit SAMLL (about 8㎡）if you like capacious place. Please make sure you are ok with that. Please check home rules and read DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY before booking. 3. Guest will have own private room with a single mattress and a table. But living room bathroom and kitchen will be shared with me，hope you are ok with this. 4.Here is 7-10mins walking distance to Hongdae station, so you can check the distance to where you want to go on map. Because this area in Korea is super expensive, If you wanna somewhere just beside the subway station this Maybe not your best choice. 5.only guest who has good reviews is accepted.Also need to upload real personal photo as profile. 6. One guest only, who is clean and tidy 7. July ~Sep. is very hot but there is only one air-condition in my room, so we have to open both doors to share ，please make sure if you are ok with that, also there is a big fan you could move into the guest room. 8..If you are with a pet please make sure that keep all the furnitures well, or payment Will be required. Please understand. Notice there is pet fee while booking 9.Most info for traveling in Seoul will be found on Internet, if you can't find anything helpful I would love to help 10. The floor heating is working well in winter. Please No worries 11. Only wear socks in the room and I only use wet tissue to sweep the floor to make sure it's clean enough. 12. Take off shoes in the house. 13.Guest room door can be locked inside But not outside, also the washing machine is in the veranda in the guest room, If you stay here more than 2-3days I need to go inside sometimes when I wash sheets or towels, If you are a very privacy person I don't recommend booking my place.
