Walking to the Trolly or the bus takes time & is an uphill battle (literally) but it is a nice area the the planes flying into the city fly right above its such a sight. From the window on a clear day/night you can see downtown & the Cor. Bridge & I felt that the room and house was secure. A microwave and larger desk would make the room pretty much perfect for a little stay. Also the main lamp needs a new light bulb (swapped it with the one next to the bed, not an issue) Overall a good value for the money.

Overall, this place was okay. I like the sense of security that was provided, the clean bathroom, the use of the washer and dryer is included, the wi-fi, and the personal A/C unit in the room. It would've been better if guests were allowed access to the kitchen that was longer than the permitted 15min, the carpet in the room wasn't sticky, there wasn't an abundant amount of dust in the room and in the A/C filter, the pillows and sheets didn't smell, and there is a school right on the other side of the fence in the back yard. I used trash bags to contain the smell of the pillows. The upstairs area right before going downstairs could be a lot cleaner, too.
