This cozy and bright studio apartment offers a comfortable retreat for your city getaway. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, plenty of dishware and cookware), a washing machine, a double bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a comfortable sofa and internet wifi. The apartment is perfect for solo travelers or couples and it is in a very quiet condo and looks over a green and peaceful inner court. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Had a super lovely stay at Marco & Luca’s flat. The apartment is cozy and charming, equipped with everything you need for your stay. The district is well connected with several public transports and the area is full of nice and authentic places for enjoying a bit of the Parisian lifestyle. Luca has been a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!
Had a lovely stay! The apartment was super centrally located, easy to get everywhere in Paris by metro or foot. Marco was very friendly and had some great local recommendations. The apartment was really clean and newly renovated. Will definitely stay here again!
J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce studio très mignon. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, et entièrement refait. Son emplacement est idéal : à proximité de nombreux transports, et pourtant dans un quartier calme qui permet de s’y reposer sereinement. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !
