Villa Rosa is a magnificent villa on one level located in Geremeas Residence, right in front of Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), literally two steps from the garden and you are on the beach! The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is only permitted to owners of the remote control that opens the bar. The property is accessed through a gate which allows you to park cars in the area in front of the house. From the front of the house you enter the large living room where there is a dining area, a new living room with large sofa and TV area, a game area with card table/board games and another sitting room with fireplace. From the opposite side of the living room you access the fully equipped kitchen. From here you access two of the three sleeping areas. The first is composed of a double bedroom, one with a French bed and a bathroom, the second of a double bedroom, one with bunk beds and a second bathroom. The third sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third bathroom is located on the opposite side of the house, next to the living room. All sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump, also present in the kitchen. From the dining room, the kitchen and the two living rooms you can access the wonderful veranda that surrounds the house, where there are numerous spaces both for eating and relaxing. Here there is also a brick barbecue, a Sardinian oven and a hot and cold outdoor shower (very convenient for cooling off and rinsing off after being on the beach). The veranda overlooks a wonderful and well-kept garden, the pride of the house. The villa is completed by an annex with the laundry area and the fourth bathroom inside. All bedroom and bathroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Internet connection with Wi-Fi and unlimited data traffic is included, which is rare in this area: whether you need to work or watch streaming films, you will have no problems. If you need equipment for children, just request it, Accomodando provides free cots, anti-fall bars, high chairs, tubs, changing table tops, chair boosters, etc... At Villa Rosa there are plates, glasses and cutlery for children. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays, even with small children or elderly people and for smart working. Villa Rosa is also dog friendly, there is a pet fee to be paid locally.
