You'll fall in love with our beautiful new construction (2024) guest suite in the heart of Casselberry. The space is stylishly designed with high-end finishes throughout. The space includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a comfortable seating area with smart tv, a dining area that seats 2, and a fully stocked kitchen. The guest suite is attached to the main house which can also be rented. PLEASE NOTE: No washer/dryer available at this time. A laundromat is only 0.4 miles away. * Please note that this home in on a lot where multiple other units will be constructed at the end of 2024 into 2025. As a result, the garages on site are not accessible to guests; these will be converted into the additional units. * Please note that the backyard and laundry room are accessible to the guests of the main house only. Everything about this suite was comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and appreciated the timely responses from our wonderful host. Its proximity to many areas of Orlando, made our stay worthwhile as we were able to venture out. We’d love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Casselberry is located about 10 miles north of downtown Orlando, or just a short 15 minute drive. Casselberry is also a short drive to Winter Park, Longwood, Wekiva Springs, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, and Winter Springs. While Casselberry maintains its reputation as a tranquil city largely dominated by residential areas, its business and retail districts are growing at a rapid rate, giving this city even more appeal!
The home has a large driveway and ample parking space. No garage or street parking is available.
