Upon entering, you'll step into a hallway with the stairs ahead of you and a door on your right. On your right, you'll enter a stylish and inviting living room adorned with contemporary furniture, including a cosy sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table - perfect for relaxation or socialising with loved ones. Natural light floods in through the distinct bay windows, creating a warm ambiance. For your convenience, the house is equipped with modern amenities, including a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, high-quality internet access, and a well-appointed work desk/dresser for those needing to catch up on work or get ready for the day (or night) ahead! Moving on from the living room you'll find our dining room/billiards room. This room is equipped with a dining table that hides a pool table underneath. Perfect enjoying some food or relaxing with a game of pool. Following on, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen designed for both functionality and aesthetics. Featuring brand new appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, which will enable you to prepare meals of all kinds! We also offer the use of a washing machine (integrated within the kitchen), ironing board (with iron), and an airer for all your laundry needs during your stay. The three bedrooms in the house are designed to provide a comfortable and restful sleep experience. They are tastefully decorated and furnished with: cosy beds; soft 100% cotton linens; bedside lamps for reading/creating ambiance; and some storage space for your belongings. The Zip-and-link beds* in the first 2 bedrooms mean that the bed configuration will suit a broad range of guests. Whether you're staying as a family, a group of friends/colleagues, or a pair of couples, our bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a long day. The 3rd bedroom boasts a cosy double bed suitable for one or two guests, as well as some storage for your belongings during your stay. The bathroom in our home has been renovated to offer a contemporary and luxurious feel. It features a modern, spacious shower. We provide complimentary toiletries, plush towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Overall, our recently refurbished three-bedroom home combines modern aesthetics with comfort and functionality, providing a welcoming and enjoyable stay for our guests. *Zip and link beds - the first 2 bedrooms feature two single beds (you will find them made up this way) which guests can push together, zip together and link together, to one luxurious king-sized bed and one even more luxurious super-king sized bed.
