We had a wonderful stay at the Bond house. The host was friendly and communicative. The house exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to great restaurants and less than 20 minutes to the beach. Definitely want to come back.

I'll be back, very accommodating and fitting for a small family. I have a 5yo and a 2yo and they had a great time in the backyard. The space was well laid out and very clean. Tanya was a great host!!!

Tanya’s house is incredible! Everything is brand new and incredibly clean. This is a gem of a find! The backyard is a dream and a great place to sit and relax. It was easy to contact Tanya and get all of my questions answered! HIGHLY recommend and definitely plan to be back!

Absolutely beautiful stay. Every room was super clean and organized. Had all the essentials from kitchen utensils and dishes, to an ironing board and plenty of hangers in the closets. Loved the coffee station/area. Super cute. The guys really enjoyed playing ping pong, and the fire pit area outside was so peaceful. Very kid friendly home and lots to do for the whole family. There were a bunch of different board games too, and a tv in each room. Everything felt brand new, from the towels to all the furniture. Tanya was an awesome host and responded right away to any questions. Overall, the neighborhood is very quiet and the home feels private. Location is great, only 10 miles away from the beach, and is close to everything you would need to explore Jax. Would definitely book again.
