Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. * Quiet time after 11 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am. * We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. * Breakfast or other meals are not included.
