Betty's place met all my criteria for a great Airbnb experience: excellent location, convenient access, practical living space, and a host who was quick to respond. The only downside was the slight noise from passing cars due to its proximity to a main street. Nevertheless, this was a small price to pay for the convenience of being near a fantastic shopping district where everything is within walking distance.

Stayed for ~2 months as I relocated from San Diego to the Bay Area. Perfect location within walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. BART is ~15 minute walk/4minute drive. Had everything I needed for my stay - fully stocked kitchen, bathroom supplies. Great communication. The space itself is lovely for 1 person or a couple. Although it’s on a main street, the place was quiet. Fast internet which was ideal for working from home. Large bedroom and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting for a quick trip, or a longer stay.

We had an amazing stay !!! Betty is a wonderful host very friendly and responsive. We had everything that we needed and the house is very cozy. A lot of restaurants and shops in the area which was very convenient. Everything is at a walkable distance. Very safe and calm neighborhood. Best stay ever will definitely come back again thank you again Betty

Great location, walkable to good restaurants and shops, and having garage parking was a great plus.

This spacious one bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our three week stay. It is located in the best neighborhood, Elmwood in Berkeley, with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is on a very busy Avenue, so lots of street noise, but it quieted down at night. The bathroom functioned well, was clean and bright, well stocked with toiletries and good towels. The bed was comfortable and it has 2 large closets. Although the kitchen was a bit old, it had everything we needed for simple food prep. A big bonus for a long stay was a combo washer/dryer. Also, garage parking was fantastic, as street parking can be difficult in that area. Betty was very responsive, and we had no issues during our stay.
