New gated Community completed at 2021. Palmetto Hall Golf right next door. Fish Haul beach is about 1/4 miles away.
It is located at mid Island close to everything. Golf right next door. 10 mins drive to Walmart , Publix ,Bike rental, Movie Theater, Bar, Restaurant, Convenient Store, Bank Etc.
We are in a gated community . We have 2 cars garage and can park 2 cars on driveway.
Public Beach access is close by at Fish Haul beach, 3 mins drive; Burkes or Bradley Beach, 10 min drive maximum but the public beach facilities at Bradley Beach are exceptional. convenient parking, bathroom facilities, shower, wash off area, and boardwalk. You can also rent bikes and take the bike paths down along the side of 278 all the way there. If you choose that option it is about a 25 min beautiful bike ride
